CAPACITY 

No more than 6 passengers allowed regardless of age. Policy and waiver form required by all passengers before boarding.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 48 hours from the day of your charter, a refund can be issued. From 48 hours to 24 hours prior to charter date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. Day of departure, no refunds allowed.

WEATHER POLICY

Due to possibility of inclement weather or dangerous conditions, and since Florida seasonal weather can be spotty and change quickly, the captain will make the call on cancellation. Typically, we will decide an hour or more prior to departure time. When possible, we will try to accommodate another date or time, but if unable, a full refund will be issued.

DEPARTURE LOCATION

Unless previously agreed upon, departure is from Kingfish Boat Ramp at 752 Manatee Avenue West 34217 (SR 64) located just over the bridge on Anna Maria Island side.

Feel free to tip the first mate if you feel like they enhanced your charter experience! Zelle and Venmo are available for this, and, of course, cash is always appreciated.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Please notify us of any special needs passengers. The boat launches from a dock and there are limitations on access. We will make every attempt to accommodate.
